Advertising Audio: Radio Commercial Production

I’ve worked in radio commercial production for even longer than I have music production.

Given a great script and top voice talent, I ever find the work enjoyable, satisfying, fun. Probably because so many good radio commercials use humour (“humour sells!”) and I naturally tend to find the humour in most things.

Teaching the ‘Radio and Broadcast Production’ course at MAINZ for 24 years continued to give me fresh insight into the (relevance and) creative possibilities of producing advertising audio.
